Your responsibilities:
- Validation of e‑Requests for Stock Provisioning (e‑RSP) on the Satair side, supporting the Satair Financial and Senior Management approval process
- Manage the request for approval in the ELIPS e‑RSP module; execute the required actions as per the e‑RSP and plan the purchasing with the supplier in accordance with the e‑RSP requirements. Ensure material purchasing and inbound flow by monitoring deliveries in collaboration with the relevant supply chain functions
- Provide purchase order feedback to the Request for Stock Provisioning Manager through regular ordering reports
- Ensure that the e‑RSP is properly fulfilled: material is available for airline requests (material on shelves as per e‑RSP planning, including material location)
- Monitor incoming and outgoing flows to ensure alignment with the initial forecast and budget; take necessary actions to secure inventory budget targets and required delivery performance
- Provide feedback to the Request for Stock Provisioning Manager about the e‑RSP fulfilment via the ELIPS/e‑RSP tool (material ordering and reception)
- Support escalation and resolution measures to ensure performance targets are met
Your qualifications:
- A degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain / Logistics, or a comparable field
- Professional experience in aircraft manufacturing, supplier management, supply chain, logistics, or technical documentation
- Good knowledge of project management
- Technical knowledge of aircraft or engineering data
- Knowledge of Java, Python, SAP and Google Workspace
- Basic knowledge of Skywise is an advantage
- Business‑fluent English skills and basic German skills
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Service‑ and customer‑oriented mindset with a high sense of responsibility
- High level of assertiveness
- Ability to manage stakeholders in a project environment and to secure validation and buy‑in
